2016 Education Grants
Grants in this area are focused primarily on improving research opportunities for science students. Additionally, the Foundation supports medical training in the areas of rural practice and humanism. The Foundation also supports programs to improve high school science education and college campus student safety. (Total grants $185,600)

Bowdoin College, Brunswick, ME. $11,000 to support summer internships in business and government.

Columbia University, New York, NY. $20,000 for a summer fellowship to the Summer Research Program for secondary school science teachers.
